I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping people learn how to have a life of calm, clarity, and connection. My work focuses on working alongside of clients to identify what they need to change or improve in order to have the life they desire. I believe in normalizing the idea that we all want essentially the same things and that it's a strength to ask for help. I’m passionate about finding solutions for day-to-day roadblocks through identifying personal strengths and am interested in participating in anything related to improving our community through helping it's people.
